Part-time apprentices or trainees. 3.2.1 An apprentice or trainee may be engaged on part-time arrangements in accordance with the policy and decisions of the Training Recognition Council and be remunerated on a part-time basis in accordance with the provisions of this Order and the relevant Industrial instrument. 3.2.2 In accordance with the policy of the Training Recognition Council, the ordinary hours of work, including training in the workplace and supervised training, for a part-time apprentice or trainee shall average not less than 15 hours per week over each 4 week period throughout the duration of the training contract.
