Part-Time Bargaining Unit Employees Wanting to Transfer Into Full-Time Positions. Eligible part-time bargaining unit employees may transfer in seniority order into full-time vacancies when (1) there are no eligible full-time bargaining unit employees on the transfer list; and (2) there are no part-time bargaining unit employees at the gaining airport who wish to convert to full-time status consistent with Article 7: Work Status Change from Part-Time to Full-Time and Vice Versa.
