Common use of Part–Time Classified Benefits Clause in Contracts

Part–Time Classified Benefits. A. Regular District employees who have received management approval to work a reduced work week or part–time schedule and who work a minimum of 40 hours per pay period and participate in the Public Employees Retirement System are entitled to receive the following benefits on the same terms as full time regular District employees: 1. Medical 2. Vision Care 3. Dental 4. Life Insurance
