Part-time Employees who Temporarily Work Full-time. Where a part-time employee works full-time for a period of one week or more, payment shall be made on a full-time basis. Payment during vacations for holiday pay shall be made at the full-time salary rate for a period equal to 30% of any period or periods in which the employee worked full-time and the balance of vacations should be paid at the normal prorated rate.
