Common use of PART-TIME HELP Clause in Contracts

PART-TIME HELP. 18.01 It is agreed and recognized by both the Union and the Employer that due to the nature of the Employer's business it may be necessary to employ both full-time and part-time employees. The Employer agrees that part-time employees will not be scheduled to work in excess of thirty-two (32) hours per week, except as specified in Appendix "A", Article 2.09.

PART-TIME HELP. 18.01 It is agreed and recognized by both the Union and the Employer that due to the nature of the Employer's business it may be necessary to employ both full-time and part-time employees. The Employer agrees that part-time employees will shall not normally be scheduled to work in excess of thirty-two twenty four (3224) hours per week, except subject to the part time collective agreement as specified set out in Appendix "“A", Article 2.09”.
