Part-time pilots. 16.3.1 The parties agree that, subject to operational requirements, the Company may make a number of line pilot positions available as part-time. The allocation of part-time positions between bases and aircraft types will be at the Company’s discretion having regard to the operational needs of the business. 16.3.2 The number of days to be worked by a part time pilot will be mutually agreed in advance at the commencement of the part time position. This agreement shall be confirmed in writing by the Company. 16.3.3 A part time pilot shall receive pro-rata entitlements for all conditions of employment under this Agreement unless specified otherwise.
Part-time pilots. 9.2.1 The Company may employ part-time pilots in any classification in this agreement. 9.2.2 A part-time pilot is a pilot who works less than full-time and has reasonably predictable hours of work; and receives, on a pro rata basis, equivalent pay and conditions to those of full-time pilots who do the same kind of work. 9.2.3 At the time of engagement the Company and the part-time pilot will agree in writing, on a pattern of work, which days of the week the pilot will work. 9.2.4 Any agreed variation to the regular pattern of work will be recorded in writing. 9.2.5 The Company is required to roster a part-time pilot for a minimum of two flying hours. 9.2.6 A pilot who does not meet the definition of a part-time pilot and who is not a full-time pilot will be paid as a casual pilot in accordance with 9.3.
Part-time pilots. A. An employer may employ part-time pilots in any classification in this agreement. B. A part-time pilot is a pilot who: (i) works less than full-time.   • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period. FLSA non-exempt ASF Members who work a part-time schedule will earn overtime for hours worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week. The Employer agrees to review any ASF position that is less than one (1) FTE if the Association can demonstrate that the position has regularly been required to work a work period that substantially exceeds the normal work period as defined above, and adjust the FTE of the respective position as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  • Part-Time Only A rest period of fifteen (15) minutes will be granted during each half tour provided the duration of each half tour is not less than three (3) hours.

  • Part-Time Employees Employees who are scheduled to work less than forty (40) hours per workweek.
