Part-time Regular Unit Member. For purposes of this Article, a part-time regular unit member is defined as one whose normal employment is less than forty (40) hours work per week. A part-time unit member is entitled to prorated leaves of absence, in the same ratio as his regular hours of work per week bear to forty (40) hours.
