Common use of PARTIAL LEAVES Clause in Contracts

PARTIAL LEAVES. Teachers will be granted partial leaves of absence appropriate to the job assignment; however, elementary classroom teachers (PreK-5) will only be granted a .5 FTE or 1.0 FTE leave of absence. Additional leaves may be granted at the discretion of the Director, Human Resources.
