Participant Content. All intellectual property developed during or as part of the Fellowship program belongs to IndianRaga. The Participant hereby grants to IndianRaga a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable license to copy, use and modify the Participant Content for any purpose including but not limited to promoting the Fellowship Program, similar programs in the future, and the Performances and Recordings.

Participant Content. 5.1. Participants are solely responsible for all the content that they upload/transmit to the Hackathon Sites or otherwise provide in any form (“Participant Content”). Participant agrees that the Organizer does not assume any liability or responsibility in respect to any Participant Content and Participant shall at all times ensure that Participant Content does not infringe any rights of third parties or any applicable laws. Furthermore, the Participant Content shall not be offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.

You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the content that you share, however you specifically agree and consent that Sensei shall be entitled to use (in our discretion) all content shared by you on our Online Course for internal research and development, Course improvement and non-commercial purposes. In relation to specific Courses, a policy statement on intellectual property sharing may be included in the Online Course for further guidance to you in the sharing of your ideas and assignments. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure the proper protection of your own intellectual property – if your own intellectual property will be best protected by way of trade secret, or you have not filed for protection of your protectable intellectual property, then non-disclosure may be an essential protection.
