Participation after Reemployment. A Participant who separates from Service with the Employer shall again become a Participant on his or her Date of Reemployment. An Employee who satisfies the eligibility requirements of Section 2.1, but who separates from Service with the Employer prior to becoming a Participant, shall become a Participant as of the later of the Plan Entry Date on which the Employee would have entered the Plan had he or she not separated from Service with the Employer or his or her Date of Reemployment. An Employee who separates from Service with the Employer prior to satisfying the eligibility requirements of Section 2.1, shall become a Participant in accordance with Section 2.1.
