Participation in Benefit Plans While on Leave of Absence. 8.03.02.03 Employees returning from Compassionate Care leave will return to the position held prior to the leave or a comparable position. 8.03.02.04 In the event the family member passes away during the period of Compassionate Care leave, the leave expires and the employee is entitled to Bereavement as outlined in Article 8.03.03
