PARTICIPATION IN DISCIPLINE GROUPING ACTIVITIES. 1. The appropriate Academic Administrator or director shall determine the professional qualifications for membership in the discipline grouping or area; the staffing and scheduling needs; the discipline grouping or area budgets; the courses and programs to be offered; and the syllabi, textbooks, and other material used in the course and program.
