Parties Employed. Subject to the approval of the Board by unanimous consent, the Company may contract for services to be performed for the Company by Members or Affiliates of any Member. In the case of the employment of a Member or of Affiliates of a Member, the compensation to be paid by the Company to such Member or Affiliates shall be not greater than the compensation generally paid to third parties for comparable services in comparable locations. Each of the Services Agreement and the Trademark Licensing Agreement between Internet World and the Company is by execution of this Agreement deemed to be approved by the Board.
