Partners in Excellence. The City and the Union will meet to establish, within thirty (30) days of signing this agreement, a joint labor-management committee to study the feasibility of implementing a Total Quality Management-type or other similar system for the City's Local 2058 staffed operations. The Union shall be represented by the President of Local 2058 and three (3) additional representatives. Should this committee decide that a T.Q.M.-type system is feasible, a steering committee consisting of the designated representatives and Quality Circle Facilitators shall meet at least monthly to implement and oversee the process. This steering committee shall assume the functions of developing a mutually agreed upon plan. The plan is to recognize performance, determine training needs and improve the delivery and quality of services to the public.
Partners in Excellence. Ameritech will make available to AD an incentive program which will allow the AD, at its election and discretion, to qualify as an "Ameritech 5-Star Distributor", and become eligible for the benefits associated with that status. On an annual basis Ameritech will provide AD with the criteria for the "Partner's in Excellence" program ("PIE"), which is the criteria which will be used to determine if the AD qualifies as an "Ameritech 5-Star Authorized Distributor" ("5-Star"). If qualified under PIE, AD may indicate to others its status as a "5-Star" AD, and will receive benefits associated with the 5-Star status.
Partners in Excellence. The Parties agree that the Partners in Excellence program will end as of the Restructuring Date, and University will be eligible to accrue additional Partners in Excellence program payments (in an amount of up to Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($7,500,000), based on performance toward program metrics) until such time. The Parties shall work in good to faith to reach agreement on program metrics for the period from January 1, 2017 through the Restructuring Date by no later than December 31, 2016 (the “PIE Metrics”).
