Passenger Seats. 5.7.8.1. Each seating place shall have a vertical clearance of not less than 90 cm from the highest point of the undepressed seat cushion and at least 135 cm from the floor where the feet of the seated passenger rest. In the case of vehicles to which paragraph 5.7.1.9. applies, this dimension may be reduced to 120 cm. 5.7.8.1.1. This clear space shall extend over the whole horizontal area defined below: 5.7.8.1.1.1. the rectangular area of 40 cm in width, symmetrical in relation to the median vertical plane of the seat, and having a length "L" defined in figure 5, annex 3, which represents a section through the median vertical plane of the seat; 5.7.8.1.1.2. the area intended for the feet of the seated passenger, over the same width of 40 cm and a depth of 30 cm. 5.7.8.1.2. However, this space shall not include, in its upper part adjacent to the wall of the vehicle, a rectangular area 15 cm in height and 10 cm in width (see annex 3, fig. 6). 5.7.8.1.3. Passenger Seats. All passenger seats shall be individual modules similar to Xxxxxxxx CitiSeat, or equal, one or two position bench type modules of not less than 17.25 inches in width. All fixed seats may be forward or aisle facing, mounted for easy removal and have an individual insert. All back cushions shall be contoured to provide full lumbar support, color coordinated with the interior vehicle color. Prior to award, the Contractor shall submit a sample of the upholstery and cushion material to the Cooperative for approval. Seats shall be available in cloth or vinyl, at buyer’s choice at no extra cost.
Passenger Seats. 27.1. The seats (design, spacing and sizing) and its anchorages shall comply AIS 052 Bus code specification for Semi DLX type and AIS 023. The passenger seats preferably should be front facing, (in case rear facing seats are provided, suitable head restraint complying applicable AIS standard.), comfortable, durable & maintenance free of ‘PP-LD’ (Polypropylene Low Density)/ LDPE moulded construction meeting the performance requirements of AIS 023 and other requirements as per the Bus Code. The PP-LD/LDPE moulded seat shall be appropriately fitted with moulded flame retardant Polyurethane (PU) cushion for seat & back rest as per Bus Code. The seats shall be upholstered with waterproof expanded vinyl coated fabric to match the seat & interior décor conforming to IS 8698 of Class-A, Grade-I, Type-A. Suitable integral type seat hand grab rails shall be provided, one on top of backrest & one at the back of backrest, for seated passengers. However, the seat pitch shall be maintained at 680 mm (minimum). A hand rest shall be provided to the gangway side of passenger seats on isle side. 27.2. The seating lay out should be in 2x2 layouts meeting the bus code requirements.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Load Shedding The systematic reduction of system demand by temporarily decreasing Load in response to a transmission system or area Capacity shortage, system instability, or voltage control considerations under the ISO OATT. Local Furnishing Bonds. Tax-exempt bonds issued by a Transmission Owner under an agreement between the Transmission Owner and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”), or its successor, or by a Transmission Owner itself, and pursuant to Section 142(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 142(f). Locality. A single LBMP Load Zone or set of adjacent LBMP Load Zones within one Transmission District within which a minimum level of Installed Capacity must be maintained. Local Reliability Rule. A Reliability Rule established by a Transmission Owner, and adopted by the NYSRC to meet specific reliability concerns in limited areas of the NYCA, including without limitation, special conditions and requirements applicable to nuclear plants and special requirements applicable to the New York City metropolitan area. Locational Based Marginal Pricing (“LBMP”). A pricing methodology under which the price of Energy at each location in the NYS Transmission System is equivalent to the cost to supply the next increment of Load at that location (i.e., the short-run marginal cost). The short-run marginal cost takes generation Bid Prices and the physical aspects of the NYS Transmission System into account. The short-run marginal cost also considers the impact of Out-of-Merit Generation (as measured by its Bid Price) resulting from the Congestion and Marginal Losses occurring on the NYS Transmission System which are associated with supplying an increment of Load. The term LBMP also means the price of Energy bought or sold in the LBMP Markets at a specific location.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Baggage For the transportation of checked baggage and cargo THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to ten grams of pure gold per kilo of checked baggage or cargo per person, unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is of delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to two hundred grams of pure gold per person for all carry-on items.
