Common use of Pattern Abuse Clause in Contracts

Consistent periods of sick leave usage, for example: - Before, and/or after holidays; - Before, and/or after weekends; - After pay days; - Any specific day; - Absence following overtime worked; - Half days; - Continued pattern of maintaining 8 hours or less of sick leave; or - Use of more sick leave than granted.
