Pavilion UseI agree, to leave the pavilion in a condition appropriate for the next user by properly disposing of debris, all food waste and removing any foil from grills. I agree, if any furnishings are repositioned they will be returned to their original location at the end of my event.
Pavilion UseThe pavilion adjacent to the Chapel may also be used during the period reserved for the event. Additional time may be purchased at a rate of $50 per hour. All trash must be placed in trash receptacles provided. All decorations must be removed and leave no trace. The firepit may only be used during moderate to low fire hazard times. Winds must be at or near calm. Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving.
Pavilion Use. As part of the Event Plan, User may request the use of the Park pavilion on opening night or day of the Event. No additional fee shall apply to this use, but User shall comply with the standard reservation policies associated with the facility.
Pavilion Use. Provide Texas Rush the right to use the Bear Branch Sportsfields and Gosling Sportfield Pavilions at times when the majority of the use of the facility is by Texas Rush;
Pavilion Use. Built in grills are available at pavilion areas. Portable grills may be brought in. No ground level fires permitted and all grill coals must be disposed properly. They are not to be dumped on the ground. Violations of these regulations may result in exclusion from future rental through Talbot County Department of Parks & Recreation.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.
