Pay for Details. 1. The pay rate for details performed on university holidays will be paid at the rate of double time per hour of their normal rate of pay. Any detail assigned on Sunday or holidays will be paid at the rate of double time per hour of their normal rate of pay. Any detail shall be paid at a four (4) hour minimum. 2. If the Chief of Police or their designee determines that a University sponsored event requires police Sergeant detail(s), such detail(s) shall be offered to members of IBPO Local 863 members prior to being offered to non-bargaining unit members. 3. The Chief reserves the exclusive right to determine the number of paid details, if any, needed at University sponsored events as well as the rank, classifications and qualifications of the officers eligible to perform such details.

Pay for Details. A. The Employer agrees that a qualified employee who is assigned to a position with a higher grade for more than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days will be temporarily promoted to that position and receive the rate of pay for the position to which he or she is temporarily promoted retroactively effective on the day the detail began. Such temporary promotion will be granted provided the employee meets the minimum Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification standards of the position and any selective factors and time in grade requirements and is performing the duties of the higher-graded position. B. The Parties agree that when an employee is detailed to a higher graded position for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days or more, but he/she is not eligible for a temporary promotion, and the employee’s performance is at an acceptable level of competence in a higher graded position, a special act or special achievement award may be recommended under this Section unless the employee has already received an award which would preclude it. C. Details to higher graded positions of more than thirty (30) calendar days, where a temporary promotion cannot occur because an employee is not fully qualified, will be documented through HR Connect. All special assignments expected to last longer than thirty (30) days shall be documented in writing. D. Selections of employees detailed to higher-graded positions for more than thirty (30) calendar days but less than one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days will be made in accordance with the procedures of paragraph 5(C). of this Article.

Any notice, demand, offer or other written instrument required or permitted to be given pursuant to this Standard Transmission Agreement and to the Access Code for Transmission shall be sent to the contact persons mentioned in the contact details sheet as published on the Fluxys Belgium website. The duly filled contact details sheet will be added to attachment 1 of this Agreement. 9.2. Each Party may change these contact detail to which notice shall be sent, or specify one additional address to which copies of notices shall be sent, in accordance with the provisions of this Standard Transmission Agreement.

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES The Employer will pay employees pursuant to the wage schedule attached hereto as Schedule “A” and forming part of this Collective Agreement.

  • Changes to the Services We provide Services in a multi- user environment and must therefore reserve the right to modify and discontinue Services. We may modify a Service at any time without degrading its functionality or security features For current subscriptions, we may degrade the functionality of a Service or discontinue a Service only in case of (i) legal requirements; (ii) changes in the Services imposed by Siemens’ subcontractors; (iii) the termination of our relationship with a provider of software and/or services used by us which are material for the provision of such Service; (iv) lack of customer acceptance; and/or (v) security risks. We will notify you of any material degradation of functionality or the discontinuation of a Service and the effective date at least 80 days prior to such change, and you may terminate the modified Service 30 days prior to the change effective date. In the event of such termination or discontinuation of a Service, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the applicable Service on a pro-rata basis for the remaining Subscription Term. We do not maintain prior versions of a Service.

  • Changes in Locations, Name, etc The Borrower shall not (i) change the location of its chief executive office/chief place of business from that specified in Section 6 hereof or (ii) change its name, identity or corporate structure (or the equivalent) or change the location where it maintains its records with respect to the Collateral unless it shall have given the Lender at least 30 days prior written notice thereof and shall have delivered to the Lender all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and amendments thereto as the Lender shall request and taken all other actions deemed necessary by the Lender to continue its perfected status in the Collateral with the same or better priority.

  • Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 33 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties to this Agreement will continue to facilitate on- going training to improve OHS in the industry and to improve Employees’ work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels. (b) To support the cost of these training initiatives the Employer will make a payment per Employee per week as per the table below. Such monies will be paid into Incolink to support Incolink’s continued training funding initiatives. 1 July 2024 $12.50 1 October 2025 $13.50 1 October 2026 $16.00 1 October 2027 $18.50 Provided that the Incolink arrangements are appropriately ordered so as to provide for: (i) joint employer/Union management of the training funding; (ii) access to funding in accordance with agreed guidelines, by all participating employers and unions. (c) In the event of Incolink being unable to provide the above arrangements, the Parties to this Agreement agree to establish an alternative mechanism with the intention of meeting the commitments expressed in clause 25.11(b) above. (d) The liability of the Employer to pay for the cost of training courses they approve in accordance with clauses 15.8 and 33, will be met by the making of the contributions on behalf of each Employee as required by this clause.
