Pay for Holiday When Holiday is Worked. Full-time and part-time employees required to work on a holiday shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay. In addition, full-time employees receive eight (8) hours of holiday pay at straight time; part-time employees receive pro-rated holiday pay at straight time, calculated by multiplying their assigned FTE times eight (8) hours. Upon mutual agreement, employees may delay taking their paid holiday time off until a later time, within a thirty (30) day period.
