Pay for Jury Duty. 21.01 The Company shall pay an employee who is required for Jury Duty, for each day of service, the difference between his average straight time hourly rate for the number of hours he normally works on his shift, and the payment which he receives for Jury Duty. The employee must present proof of service and the amount of pay received.
