Pay for Temporary Assignment. The Board agrees that when employees are temporarily assigned to positions in a higher classification for ten (10) consecutive work days or 15 days in any 30 day period, that they will be paid at the higher classification until either returning to their old position or while continuing to work in the temporary new position.
