Common use of Pay for Work on a Holiday Clause in Contracts

Pay for Work on a Holiday. An employee who is required to work on a paid holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) plus another day off with pay. Such day off shall be scheduled by mutual agreement between the immediate supervisor and the employee.

Pay for Work on a Holiday.
