Pay on Termination of Employment. Upon termination from employment for any reason (including but not limited to discharge, retirement, layoff or voluntary quit with or without prior notice), the Hospital shall have until the next regularly scheduled pay day after the date of the employee’s separation date to mail to the employee all wages earned and unpaid at the time of the employee’s separation from employment.
