PAY PERIOD AND WAGE STATEMENT. All employees shall be paid on a weekly or biweekly basis. The Employer shall designate a payday not to exceed six (6) days following the completion of the applicable pay period, and employees must be paid on that day. The Employer agrees to furnish each employee with a weekly itemized wage statement showing the name of the employee, period covered, straight-time and overtime or premium hours worked, total amount of straight-time, overtime and premium wages paid and all deductions made. An employee scheduled off on a payday shall be paid on the employee’s last scheduled working day before the payday, if checks are available. Upon request, the person in charge of the store at the time, will provide the employee with accurate information concerning their earned vacation and sick leave hours.
