Inventory Work. The present inventory taking practice shall continue; provided, however, that employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid for all time spent taking inventory at the appropriate contractual rate. No inventory work shall be required to be performed by employees covered by this Agreement on the evenings before Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Inventory Work. 1. With respect to compensation for inventory work (no. 2) on Saturdays after 1:00 pm, the provisions of F. 1. are applicable (normal working hours and extra hours during the extended opening hours) and a 70% premium shall be payable for overtime. As of 6:00 pm a premium of 100% shall be due. The premiums and compensatory time credit shall not be applicable exclusively to employees hired for inventory services. 2. Inventory work is performed to conduct and review 2.1. inventory audits at the end of a calendar or, as the case may be, financial year, 2.2. inventories for transfers or takeovers once in a calendar or financial year, 2.3. inventories to comply with a request by the authorities, 2.4. Inventories directly after exceptional events (burglary, force majeure events) on Saturdays until 8:00 pm. 3. Assigning employees to work during working hours as provided for under 1. and 2. is admissible only if and to the extent that no legitimate employee interests - for example, care of children and parents, unaccepta- ble options for travelling back home, attendance of school and continuing education programmes - oppose the performance of such work.
Inventory Work. COUNTY shall collect and submit inventory information for Local Small Structures as set forth in the “Local Small Structures – Inventory” memo, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein (Inventory Work). COUNTY shall submit an invoice to WisDOT for reimbursement itemizing each Local Small Structure inventoried. COUNTY will make every effort to include all Local Small Structures inventoried in as few invoices as possible. WisDOT will verify that the information for the Inventory Work submitted by COUNTY appears accurate and meets the parameters of the Program. WisDOT will reimburse COUNTY for verified inventory information at a rate of $100.00 for each Local Small Structure inventory received. WisDOT, at its own discretion, may reject inventory information submitted by COUNTY that is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not meet the required parameters of the Program. WisDOT will not reimburse COUNTY for Inventory Work if it rejects the inventory information submitted and will notify COUNTY of such rejection. COUNTY may correct the inventory information and resubmit to WisDOT within the timeframe of this Agreement. WisDOT shall reimburse COUNTY for all verified and accepted inventoried Local Small Structure or notify COUNTY of rejecting the inventory information no later than sixty (60) days after receiving inventory submittals. For purposes of this Agreement “received” means actual receipt by WisDOT. COUNTY shall reimburse local governments $100.00 per structure inventoried (as appropriate) no later than sixty (60) days upon receipt of reimbursement from WisDOT and shall certify to WisDOT within sixty (60) days that it has reimbursed all local governments as required by this Agreement. Inventory information may be submitted for reimbursement through December 31, 2025. WisDOT will not issue reimbursement for inventory information received after December 31, 2025.
Inventory Work. All employees must participate in inventory work during a specific in- ventory period where it is not part of their regular work. They shall be paid their current rate of pay.
Inventory Work. A. It is recognized that inventory will be handled by the Material Department. However, in the event additional employees are needed for inventory purposes, such employees will be selected from the group where the inventory is conducted in accordance with our local OTE Memorandum, provided they are capable of performing the work.
Inventory Work. The Company shall have the right to assign as many employees from a particular department to perform inventory work in that department. Should employees be needed to perform inventory work in a particular department in addition to those employees from that department, the Company will offer the work to employees in departments other than the particular department in accordance with seniority. If not enough employees are willing to perform such work, the Company will have the right to assign employees to perform the work in reverse order of seniority. Employees performing inventory work will be paid at their current job rate.

  • Inventory To the extent Inventory held for sale or lease has been produced by any Borrower, it has been and will be produced by such Borrower in accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and all rules, regulations and orders thereunder.

  • Location of Equipment and Inventory All Equipment and Inventory are (i) located at the locations indicated on Schedule 4 (ii) in transit to such locations or (iii) in transit to a third party purchaser which will become obligated on a Receivable to the Debtor upon receipt. Except for Equipment and Inventory referred to in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the preceding sentence, the Debtor has exclusive possession and control of the Inventory and Equipment.

  • Equipment and Inventory With respect to any Equipment and/or Inventory of an Obligor, each such Obligor has exclusive possession and control of such Equipment and Inventory of such Obligor except for (i) Equipment leased by such Obligor as a lessee or (ii) Equipment or Inventory in transit with common carriers.   • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • Inventory and Supplies Administrator shall order, purchase and provide to the Group on a timely basis inventory and supplies, and such other ordinary, necessary or appropriate materials which are requested by the Group and which the Group shall reasonably determine to be necessary in the operation of the Practice on the same terms commercially available to Administrator. Such inventory, supplies and other materials shall be included in Practice Expenses at their cost to Parent or Administrator, as the case may be.

  • As to Equipment and Inventory Grantor hereby agrees that it shall: (a) keep all the Equipment and Inventory (other than Inventory in transit and Inventory sold in the ordinary course of business) at the places therefor specified in Section 3.1.1 or, upon 30 days' prior written notice to Agent, at such other places in a jurisdiction where all representations and warranties set forth in Article III (including Section 3.1.6) shall be true and correct, and all action required pursuant to the first sentence of Section 4.1.7 shall have been taken with respect to the Equipment and Inventory; (b) with respect to any Equipment or Inventory in the possession or control of any Third Party or any of Grantor's agents, notify such Third Party or agent of Agent's security interest in such Equipment or Inventory and, upon Agent's request following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, direct such Third Party or agent to hold all such Equipment or Inventory for Agent's account and subject to Agent's instructions; (c) cause the Equipment to be maintained and preserved in the same condition, repair and working order as when new, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and in accordance with any manufacturer's manual; and forthwith, or in the case of any material loss or damage to any of the Equipment, as quickly as practicable after the occurrence thereof, make or cause to be made all repairs, replacements, and other improvements in connection therewith which are necessary or desirable to such end; and promptly furnish to Agent a statement respecting any loss or damage to any of the Equipment within ten (10) business days after Grantor obtains knowledge of any such loss or damage; and (d) pay promptly when due all property and other taxes, assessments and governmental charges or levies imposed upon, and all claims (including claims for labor, materials and supplies) against, the Equipment and Inventory, except to the extent the validity thereof is being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings and for which adequate reserves in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles have been set aside.

  • Inventories All of the Assets constituting inventory are owned or used by Company, are in good, current, standard and merchantable condition and are not obsolete or defective.
