Pay Rates, Land Tax, Etc. The Scheme Operator will, subject to the provisions hereof, at all times during the term hereof pay all municipal water and sewerage rates and charges and land tax in respect of the Village and all Accommodation Units in the Village except to the extent to which the Resident or any other resident of the Village is liable for same and all charges payable for water (including excess water charges) and electricity consumed or used in any common land or common buildings, facilities or improvements at the Village from the General Services Charge collected from the Residents of the Village.
