PAY RATES PRESERVED. Should an employee be placed in a lower paid job classification for a reason other than a reduction in force, bumping or the employee's choice, the employee shall be placed on the wage scale in the appropriate step based on years of service. However, the employee shall suffer no reduction in their wage rate.

Should an Employee be placed in a lower paid job classification for a reason other than a reduction in force, bumping, or the Employee’s choice, the Employee shall be placed on the wage scale set forth in Appendix B in the appropriate step based on years of continuous service at the Hospital. However, the Employee shall suffer no reduction in their wage rate.
