Paycheck Withdraw. Upon presentation of a written deduction authorization, signed by an Employee, the Township agrees to deduct the dues, initiation fees, and assessments of members of the Union from the available wages earned by such Employee each pay period and to transmit the same to the Union Treasurer each month. This authorization will terminate immediately following the Township’s receipt of such Employee’s written notice to cancel the deduction of the Union dues from such Employee’s paycheck, in the event the Employee is no longer eligible to be a member of the bargaining unit.

  • Voluntary Withdrawal If any Partner should withdraw from the Partnership, they must give at least days’ written notice to the Partnership. Such withdrawal shall have no effect on the day-to-day operations of the Partnership.

  • Early Withdrawal Penalty When you open a CD, you agree to keep the principal on deposit with us for the term that you have selected. We will impose a substantial penalty if we permit you to withdraw any principal before the maturity date. The early withdrawal penalty will be one-half (½) the interest that would be due on the CD over the entire term of the CD, regardless of the length of time the funds remained on deposit, subject to the following limits.   • Early Withdrawal Penalties The Term Certificate Account will mature on the Maturity Date set forth in the Certificate. The Credit Union will terminate the Term Certificate Account and impose a penalty on the entire balance of the account if a withdrawal of principal is made prior to the Maturity Date. If the Term Certificate has a term to maturity equal to or less than one (1) year, the penalty imposed will equal ninety (90) days of dividends, whether or not earned. If the Term Certificate has a term to maturity greater than one (1) year, the penalty imposed will equal 180 days of dividends, whether or not earned. In accordance with Federal Reserve Board Regulations, the Credit Union may charge an early withdrawal penalty of seven (7) days dividends on amounts withdrawn within the first six (6) days after deposit or automatic renewal. Early withdrawal penalties will not apply to:

  • Salary Reduction A reduction in pay from one step to another, which is not below the minimum rate established for the position by the salary plan. A copy of the notice of reduction shall be sent promptly to the City Manager Department for inclusion in the employee's official personnel file.

  • Other Payroll Deductions In addition to the above, the City will deduct from an employee's payroll check, upon authorization by the employee, amounts payable to causes or organizations selected by the Union. At any one time, no more than ten (10) such causes or organizations may be identified by the Union as authorized to benefit from such payroll deductions unless otherwise authorized by the City in its sole discretion. The Union will notify the City of the causes and organizations to be so authorized. Payroll deductions shall be governed by the ability of the City Auditor's payroll system to handle same.

  • How Are Contributions to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Reported for Federal Tax Purposes? Contributions to a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account are reported on IRS Form 5498-ESA.
