Common use of Payday and Paychecks Clause in Contracts

Payday and Paychecks. Employees shall be paid on a regular bi-weekly payday. All employees hired after June 30, 2014 will be paid by direct deposit. If a regular payday falls on a holiday, the last working day before the holiday shall be considered the payday. Deductions, except deferred compensation, shall be itemized on paychecks or payroll advices, which shall include the number of straight-time hours, overtime hours, dues deductions, and basic wage per hour. Employees who receive paychecks will pick them up at the operations office.
