Payment and Contract Charges. Contract Charges In consideration of the Supplier's due and proper performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Customer shall pay the Contract Charges in accordance with Clause below (Payment and VAT). The only sums payable by the Customer to the Supplier for the provision of the Services shall be the Contract Charges and any travel expenses or other disbursements Approved. All other costs, charges, fees and expenses of whatever kind arising out of or in connection with the Contract shall be the responsibility of the Supplier. The Supplier shall keep accurate books and records in relation to the provision of the Services in accordance with sound and prudent financial management. All such books and records shall be made available to the Customer at regular intervals of not less than quarterly. The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of a valid VAT invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with the Contract. If at any time during the Contract Period the Supplier reduces its Framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the Framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue which is provided under the Framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the Framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The benefit of any work being done pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 7 (Value for Money) of the Framework Agreement which is specifically commissioned from the Supplier by another Contracting Body at any time prior to or during the Contract Period to reduce costs or to improve the quality or efficiency of the Services or to facilitate their delivery shall be offered by the Supplier to the Customer at no charge. Subject to Clauses 13.1.7.1 and 13.1.7.2 below, the Contract Charges shall not be subject to any increases whatsoever by the Supplier during the Contract Period. any Authority agreed changes to the Contract Charges in accordance with Schedule 13 (Contract Charges Review) shall be applied to all new Assignments or Engagements, as appropriate, automatically.   • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract.   • PAYMENT AND INVOICES A. The compensation shall be payable in the ordinary course of OSC business upon receipt of the Contractor’s invoice. Invoices must be submitted on a monthly basis. Approved invoices will be paid in accordance with Article 11-A of the State Finance Law.
