Payment for Coverage. Employee will pay the full cost of any continued group health coverage provided under Section 5.12(a) or 5.12(b), which is understood to be equal to the “applicable premium” as determined under Section 604 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1164.
