PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE 17.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Employer during the employee's scheduled working hours, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked.
Meeting Times Meetings shall be held at least quarterly, but no more than monthly, at a time that is convenient for both Parties.
Closed Meetings The Board and Board committees may meet in a closed meeting to consider the following subjects:
Annual Meeting An annual meeting of the stockholders for the election of directors and for other business shall be held on such date and at such time as may be fixed by the board of directors.
Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Convening of Meeting The Issuer may convene a Meeting at any time, and shall be obliged to do so upon the request in writing of Noteholders holding not less than one tenth of the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes.
Adjourned Meeting The Chairman may, with the consent of (and shall if directed by) any Meeting, adjourn such Meeting from time to time and from place to place, but no business shall be transacted at any adjourned Meeting except business which might lawfully have been transacted at the Meeting from which the adjournment took place.
Log of Closed Meeting Minutes Step 2. The Board meets in closed session to review the log of unreleased closed meeting minutes. The Board or Recording Secretary brings a copy of all unreleased closed meeting minutes and, if requested, allows Board members to review the actual minutes. Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.
Labor/Management Meeting Any other concerns, not specifically covered herein regarding health and/or safety factors shall be addressed through the county-level Labor Management Committee meetings, Article Thirty, Section G.
