Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00
Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.
Other Than Normal Working Hours Non-prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and any time Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. The Contractor will perform Tasks during Other Than Normal Working Hours for the Unit Price set forth in the CTC multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of: 1.
TEACHING HOURS A. Teaching hours shall be as follows:
Weekend Work 5.5.1 Overtime work on Saturday will be paid for at the rate of time and a-half for the first 2 hours and Double Time thereafter. All overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday will be paid for at the rate of Double Time. An employee required to work on the Saturday following Good Friday will be paid at least 4 hours' work, at the rate of Double Time and a-half.
Workday/Workweek A. The normal workweek for each full-time employee shall be forty (40) hours.
Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.
Paydays (a) Employees shall be paid biweekly (Fridays).
