If the Agency requests that an employee return to work during a scheduled vacation, the employee will be compensated a minimum of three (3) hours at the time and one-half (1-1/2) rate or the actual hours worked at time and one-half (1-1/2), whichever is greater. The Agency will make this payment only for work done during the employee’s scheduled vacation.
