Common use of Payment in Lieu of Hospitalization Insurance Clause in Contracts

Payment in Lieu of Hospitalization Insurance. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10.1, effective with the execution of this Agreement, an employee may voluntarily elect to waive in writing all health insurance coverage outlined in Section 10.1 and in lieu thereof, shall receive thirty-five ($35) per pay period subject to the following:

Payment in Lieu of Hospitalization Insurance. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10.113.1, effective with the execution of this Agreement, an employee may voluntarily elect to waive in writing all health insurance coverage outlined in Section 10.1 13.1 and in lieu thereof, shall receive thirty-five ($35) per pay period subject to the following:
