Payment of Accrued Vacation. Upon the cessation for any reason whatsoever of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee will receive a payout of any accrued unused vacation pay, calculated in accordance with the minimum requirements of Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 41 as amended.
