Payment of Fringes and Wages. Wages shall be paid weekly. No more than five (5) days shall be retained by the EMPLOYER at any time. EMPLOYEES shall be paid on the job site. Check to be mailed if EMPLOYEE is absent. A new EMPLOYEE has the option to request and obtain an advance against retained earnings during the first week of employment. Whether wages are paid cash or check, EMPLOYEES shall be furnished with forms, e.g., check stubs, on which shall be noted worked and deductions made for the period.
