Payment Of Incentive Fees. The Settlement Administrator will pay the incentive fees awarded by the Court to the Class Representatives as set forth in Par 5.1.1 and 5.1.2.
Payment Of Incentive Fees. 7.2.1 The Sub-Operator shall be entitled to receive a monthly and/or quarterly Incentive Fee from the Operator in accordance with the provisions set out in the Seventh Schedule (Computation of Incentive Fee) in respect of the Sub-Operator’s extent of achievement of the performance targets set forth in the Second Schedule. The sharing of the Incentive Fee shall be as specified in the approved Business plan and the Sixth Schedule. The Incentive Fee shall provide for the Performance Fee due to the Sub-Operator’s Team Leader subject to the provisions in the Sixth Schedule.
Payment Of Incentive Fees. (a) Within 60 days after the end of Year Four, Royco shall provide CCHC with a statement of the Operations Management Incentive Fee payable under Section 1.2 for such year, together with an audit report of such calculation prepared by the Accountants.
Payment Of Incentive Fees. (a) Prior to the beginning of each Year, the Portfolio Manager shall notify the Fund in writing of what percentage of the Incentive Fees (if any) to become payable in respect of such Year the Portfolio Manager elects to have paid in cash when due in accordance with SECTION 2(H). Any percentage of such Incentive Fees which the Portfolio Manager does not affirmatively elect in writing to have paid in cash when due shall be deferred.
