Payment Of Incentive Fees. 7.2.1 The Sub-Operator shall be entitled to receive a monthly and/or quarterly Incentive Fee from the Operator in accordance with the provisions set out in the Seventh Schedule (Computation of Incentive Fee) in respect of the Sub-Operator’s extent of achievement of the performance targets set forth in the Second Schedule. The sharing of the Incentive Fee shall be as specified in the approved Business plan and the Sixth Schedule.   • Incentive Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will treat incentive payments under Section IV.F on a State-specific basis. Incentive payments for which a Settling State is eligible under Section IV.F will be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.
