Instructors 7.1 All instructors teaching Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must meet the minimum qualifications for instruction in a California community college as set forth in Title 5 California Code of Regulations, Sections 53410 and 58060 or as amended, and be hired by the CLPCCD.
Payment of Bills Except as otherwise indicated herein or on the Service Order(s), Comcast will invoice Customer in advance on a monthly basis for all monthly recurring Service charges and fees arising under the Agreement. All other charges will be billed monthly in arrears. Customer shall make payment to Comcast for all invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice. Any amounts not paid to Comcast within such period will be considered past due. If a Service Commencement Date is not the first day of a billing period, Xxxxxxxx’s next monthly invoice shall include a prorated charge for the Services, from the date of installation to the first day of the new billing. In certain cases, Comcast may agree to provide billing services on behalf of third parties, as the agent of the third party. Any such third-party charges shall be payable pursuant to any contract or other arrangement between Customer and the third party. Comcast shall not be responsible for any dispute regarding these charges between Xxxxxxxx and such third party. Customer must address all such disputes directly with the third party.
Instructor Associated with the position of Instructor is a nominal workload of 195 hours per half-credit course. This nominal workload is normally made up of scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time. The non-classroom time is made up of preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking or grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty. In the case of a two-hour lecture per week, or the equivalent of a two-hour lecture per week, the incumbent shall also be responsible for the first hour of seminar in each course. Upon request by an Instructor, the Employer and the Instructor will review the workload for the course to ensure that assigned duties can be completed within the assigned workload of 195 nominal hours per half credit course (see Article
Payment of GST If GST is payable on any supply made by a Party (or any entity through which that Party acts) (Supplier) under or in connection with this Agreement, the recipient will pay to the Supplier an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.
Payment of Invoices When applicable pursuant to this Section 4.02, for fees and expenses of the Asset Representations Reviewer that are not paid by the Servicer within thirty (30) days following the receipt of an invoice by the Servicer, the Asset Representations Reviewer will issue invoices to the Issuer at the notices address set forth in Section 10.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the Issuer shall pay all invoices submitted by the Asset Representations Reviewer via the priority of payments described in Sections 2.8 or 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable, on the Distribution Date following the month in which the invoice was received by the Issuer.
Payment of Invoice A payment by the State shall not prejudice the State's right to object to or question any payment, invoice, or other matter. A payment by the State shall not be construed as acceptance of goods delivered, any part of the services provided, or as approval of any amount invoiced.
Payment Instructions and Late Payments The Parties agree that all payments shall be made in a timely manner and in a method set forth in the attached “Payment Instructions.” Respondent acknowledges and agrees to comply with the “Late Payment” provisions provided therein.
Non-Instructional Days 4. School Accreditation
Payment Instructions Agent shall have received written instructions from Borrowing Agent directing the application of proceeds of the initial Advances made pursuant to this Agreement;
Acknowledgement of Support Unless the Province directs the Recipient to do otherwise, the Recipient will, in respect of any Project-related publications, whether written, oral, or visual, acknowledge the Province’s and Canada’s support for the Project.
