Common use of Payment of Paid Statutory Holidays Clause in Contracts

Payment of Paid Statutory Holidays. The parties agree that the payment of paid statutory holidays pursuant to Article 1.02 and Article 21.01 and 21.02 shall be done as follows: (a) Continuing employees pursuant to Article 1.02 working full time hours pursuant to Article 18.01 shall be compensated for the paid statutory holidays listed in Article 21.01. (b) Continuing employees pursuant to Article 1.02 working less than full time hours pursuant to Article 18.01 shall be compensated for the paid statutory holidays listed in Article 21.01 on a pro-rata basis to full time hours.
