Payment of PTO At Termination or Transfer to Non-Benefit Eligible Status. 9.9.1 An employee who transfers from a PTO eligible status to a non-eligible status will be paid at the time of transfer for all hours of accrued PTO at the rate of pay in effect just prior to the transfer.
