Payment of Rental Fees. Any rental fees are payable, in full, in advance, for the whole period booked. Refunds will be made for any cancellations at the end of the rental period.
Payment of Rental Fees. Full payment of rental fees is due one week before the event. If contract is signed less than one week prior to the event, full payment is due upon signing.
Payment of Rental Fees. The Renter agrees to pay the sum of: for the premises as described above. The amount is to be paid at least three weeks prior to the event. In the event any fees due by Renter are unpaid, Renter shall be responsible for all costs of collection of said fees, including but not limited to loss of deposit and any attorney fees incurred.
Payment of Rental Fees. 4.1 The rent shall be paid through bank transfer.
4.2 Upon execution of this contract, Column A shall pay Party A a Deposit equal to the rent of one month. Party A shall issue the corresponding receipt. On expiration of the tenancy, the Deposit shall be used to offset the rent for the last month.
4.3 The rent shall be pre-paid monthly. Column A shall pay Party A the rent before the 8th day of every month on receipt issued by Party A.
Payment of Rental Fees. A non-refundable rental fee of $175 and the damage/cleaning deposit fee of $200, are due at the time of the execution of this Agreement. Failure to timely pay such fee shall result inthe termination of the rental and this Agreement shall be null and void and be of no further force and effect. At minimum, all fees and application must be submitted one week before the requested rental. Requested dates from renter will only be held by association for seven (7) days without payment, after seven (7) days without payment the requested date will be released from being held.
Payment of Rental Fees. Initial Rental Fee PTK will pay to Parentech the Rental Fees for each Rental Mechanism within net 30 days of receipt of an invoice from Parentech. Parentech shall invoice at the beginning of every four month interval, during which a Rental Mechanism has been deployed at an end user's site, at the then current Four Month Rental Fee.
Payment of Rental Fees. Initial Rental Fee. STD will pay to Parentech the then current Annual Rental Fee prior to the initial shipment of each Home Use Mechanism from Parentech to STD. Subsequent Rental Fees for each Mechanism will be due and payable upon receipt of invoice at the start of every six month interval, following the completion of the initial two (2) Rental Periods, and at the then current Semi-Annual Rental Fee.
Payment of Rental Fees. LESSEE shall pay LESSOR in readily available ----------------------- funds a rental fee in advance for the Gold Certificate as follows:
a.) 25% of the face value for the term of the certificate. The rental fee is non-refundable and is due within 3 business days of the time of delivery of the Gold Certificate by LESSOR to LESSEE or its designee.
Payment of Rental Fees. The Rental Fees will be paid and received by Owner no later than the start of the Term.

a. One-half (1/2) of the rental amount shall be due and payable at the time of signing this Rental Agreement. If the activity or event is cancelled, any rental fee deposit shall be returned to the RENTER. If any check, draft, or other written order, made, drawn, uttered or delivered by RENTER for any payment under this Agreement is dishonored or returned for insufficient funds the City reserves the right, in its discretion, to improve a service fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) or five percent (5%) of the face amount of the written instrument, whichever is greater.
b. Any balance due of the rental amount shall be paid no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event. If the activity or event is cancelled, any rental fee deposit shall be returned to the RENTER. If any check, draft, or other written order, made, drawn, uttered or delivered by RENTER for any payment under this Agreement is dishonored or returned for insufficient funds the City reserves the right, in its discretion, to improve a service fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) or five percent (5%) of the face amount of the written instrument, whichever is greater.
