Payment of Royalties and Fees. Royalties and Fees due to Abacus by Millennium under the provisions of this License will be paid not later than 30 days after the end of each quarterly period commencing January 1st, 2000.

Payment of Royalties and Fees. Royalty payments to ETHYPHARM shall be made on a quarterly basis, and will be paid within 30 days of the close of each quarter. Each royalty payment shall be accompanied by a statement which shall set forth for each DOSAGE FORM: 1) the amount of sales of that † Represents material which has been redacted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 24b-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Payment of Royalties and Fees. Within forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, Licensee shall pay to UCHC the royalty payment and sublicensing income due for such quarter in U.S. dollars. Such royalties shall be converted, where applicable, from the currency of the country in which the sale was made into U.S. dollars in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.
