Minimum Royalties definition

Minimum Royalties means the applicable minima set out in paragraph 2.1(b) below.
Minimum Royalties shall have the meaning as defined in Section 7.5.
Minimum Royalties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • In the event no payment is owed to UFRF because the amount of Minimum Royalties paid has not been exceeded or otherwise, an accounting demonstrating that fact shall be supplied to UFRF.

More Definitions of Minimum Royalties

Minimum Royalties. The minimum royalty payments of $25,000 through December 31, 1997 are waived.
