Payment Where Work is Performed. An employee who works ordinary hours on a public holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and a half for the hours worked with a minimum payment of four hours. An employee who works outside ordinary hours on a public holiday shall be paid at the rate of double time for such work outside of ordinary hours. These payments are in addition to the entitlement to payment of ordinary hours in Clause 23.1.
