Payments, Billing Cycles, and Periodic Statements. Payment Methods. You must pay in full the Card Account Balance each month in U.S. dollars from a U.S. deposit account. You must use one of the following payment methods to pay us: From the Deposit Account: You may use the Platform App to authorize us to initiate a one-time payment, or schedule recurring automatic payments, to us from your Deposit Account. You may authorize recurring automatic payments of the Card Account Balance from your Deposit Account each month by signing the Optional Authorization for Automatic Payments set forth further below. If you do so, we will debit the full amount of the Card Account Balance from your Deposit Account at the same time we make your monthly periodic statement available to you on the Platform. ACH transfer from your Linked External Account: You may use the Platform App to authorize us to initiate a one-time payment to us from a Linked External Account. Your payment from your Deposit Account or Linked External Account is due and payable in full when we make your monthly periodic statement available to you on the Platform’s App or website (the “Statement Date”), and you must make your payment no later than by the 21st calendar day after the Statement Date set forth on such statement (see below for further information about your statements). If you pay off your Card Account Balance using your Deposit Account, your available credit on the Card Account will not increase. For example, if you have a $500 Card Account Balance and a balance of $1,000 in your Deposit Account, then at that time you would have $500 of available credit on your Card ($1,000 - $500). If you then pay off your Card Account Balance by making a $500 payment from your Deposit Account, you would have a $0 Card Account Balance, a balance of $500 in your Deposit Account, and available credit on your Card Account in the amount of $500, the same amount of available credit as before ($500 - $0). If your payment from a Linked External Account is returned unpaid for any reason, you authorize us to re-initiate the payment you authorized up to two additional times. We also may add the returned payment amount back to your Card Account Balance. We reserve the right not to increase your available credit by the amount of any payment received from your Linked External Account to pay off your Card Account Balance until we have confirmed receipt of the funds from your Linked External Account.   • Periodic Statements Transfers and withdrawals made through any debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.

  • Monthly Billing Statements The Engineer shall request reimbursement of costs incurred by submitting the original and one copy of an itemized billing statement in a form acceptable to the State. The Engineer is authorized to submit requests for reimbursement no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety (90) days after costs are incurred.

  • Monthly Statements Each month we will send you a statement showing purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing cycle, as well as your “New Balance”, any Finance Charge and any late charges. Your statement also will identify the minimum monthly payment you must make for that billing period and the date it is due. You agree to retain for statement verification copies of transaction slips resulting from each purchase, each advance, and other transactions on your Account. Unless you notify us of a billing error in accordance with the section entitled “Your Billing Rights”, you accept your monthly statement as an accurate statement of your Account with us.

  • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period. The report will only be updated and made available if there has been any activity on your PayPal account or any fees have been incurred in the relevant period. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for providing you with additional information or for providing the transaction history and other information about fees in a different way but we won’t charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion of an error in your PayPal account.

  • Daily Job Reports 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:

  • Periodic Statement Each month we will send you a periodic statement for each Credit Card account you have with us covering the previous billing period. We may not send you a statement if your balance is zero and there were no transactions during the billing period. The statement will have a "Statement Closing Date" and a "Payment Due Date," and will show, among other things, your "Previous Balance," your "New Balance," and your minimum monthly payment, which will be shown as "Minimum Payment Due." The periodic statement is part of this Agreement. If you choose to receive periodic statements electronically, the statements will be deemed to have been sent to you when they are first made available for you to view online.

  • E-Statements If we make this service available to you, you may agree to receive statements via electronic means, whereby your periodic statement will be e-mailed to you or sent electronically to, and made available on, our on-line banking website. Please see the provision, "Electronic Statements, Electronic Notices, Electronic Disclosures and Electronic Agreements" for more information regarding e-statements. Notices; e-Notices; Name or Address Change. Any written notice we give to you is effective when it is made available in our on-line banking system (if you have agreed to receive such notices electronically), or when it is deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid and addressed to you at the most recent mailing address on file with us. Notice to any account owner is considered notice to all account owners. Any written notice you give us is not effective until we actually receive it in our offices. You agree to notify us of any postal or e-mail address change or name change in writing. We reserve the right to require verification of your identity and proof of a change in address prior to making any changes in our records. We are only required to attempt to communicate with you at the most recent address you have provided to us. If you fail to provide notice of a change in address or name, and we attempt to locate you, we may impose a service fee as set forth on the Rates & Fees Schedule.

  • BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client periodic statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within days of its mailing date. Client may request a statement at intervals of no less than 30 days. If Clients requests, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.

  • COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Submission of Audits and Financial Statements A.
