Payments to Managers. Except as specified in this Agreement, no Manager or Affiliate of a Manager is entitled to remuneration for services rendered or goods provided to the Company. The Managers and their Affiliates shall receive only the following payments:
Payments to Managers. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no Manager or Affiliate of a Manager is entitled to remuneration for services rendered or goods provided to the Company. The Manager shall not be entitled to any management fee or other compensation; provided, however, that the Company shall reimburse the Manager for all expenses incurred by the Manager in conducting the Company's business, and all direct disbursements made and obligations incurred on behalf of the Company, including the Company's trading, custodial, borrowing, legal, accounting, documentation, reporting and auditing expenses.

The Company shall reimburse the Managers and their affiliates for the actual cost of goods and materials used for or by the Company.

Except as otherwise authorized in, or pursuant to, this Section 4.8 or this Agreement, neither the Managers nor their Affiliates are entitled to remuneration for services rendered or goods provided to the Company unless otherwise approved by the Members pursuant to Section 4.4(i). The Company shall reimburse a Manager and such Manager’s Affiliates for the actual cost of goods and materials used for or by the Company.

The Managers have initially agreed that each of them shall receive a salary equal to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per quarter for each Fiscal Year. The Managers and their Affiliates shall receive only the following payments:
