Payout Balance. Any accrued and unused Holiday time will be paid effective the end of the calendar year and will not carry-over into future years. Additionally, any covered employees who separate from service or move to a non-covered position will receive any pay for outstanding Holiday accruals after applicable adjustments in sub-section F.
