Payroll Computation Procedures. This Agreement is between the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Administrative Services (Employer) and the SEIU Local 503, OPEU (Union). The State of Oregon is continuing the modernization effort of replacing their legacy systems, including the current payroll and time tracking systems. The purpose of this Agreement is to create a statewide joint labor-management committee to explore the impact on employees of the transition to a new payroll system, including but not limited to, moving FLSA non-exempt employees from salaried to hourly and moving to a semi-monthly or bi- weekly pay system.
