PAYROLL DEDUCTION FOR MEMBERSHIP DUES. 5.2.1 The Employer agrees to deduct the Association dues or a fair share service fee from the wages of every Unit Member via payroll deduction in the manner required by law. Unit Members must, as a condition of continued employment, either join the Association or pay the Association a service fee in an amount not to exceed the standard initiation fee, periodic dues, and general assessments of the organization.
